During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure without refund of any balances. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on wkn33. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under different names or using different contact information, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all related accounts, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of balances. This restriction applies regardless of the purpose for creating multiple accounts, including but not limited to bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.

All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account closure, and potential legal action.
All bets placed on wkn33 are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. wkn33 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds display or acceptance of bets on already-determined outcomes.
Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results as published by the relevant sporting governing body. In cases where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific rules apply depending on the sport and bet type, as detailed in our comprehensive Sports Betting Rules document. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned, while bets on postponed matches remain valid if the event is completed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours).
Live (in-play) betting odds update dynamically based on match developments. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated by logging in. You will be notified by email before dormancy charges begin. To prevent dormancy, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
